This country house is located very peacefully just on the outskirts of the town of S’Horta and has recently been renovated, so as to bring it up to modern standards. This well maintained holiday domicile is situated on a plot of land of 14.000m² and has a private pool of 8x4m, which is surrounded by a lawn area, making it an ideal place for children or to sunbathe. You have a bricked barbecue available, as well! The house divides into an open dining and living area with a bricked Majorcan country house kitchen and a fireplace, as well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with fans. On the outdoors there is a covered and furnished terrace area where you can enjoy meals al fresco. The nearest bays (for example Cala Sanau or Cala Serena) are only 5 driving minutes away.
