This nice country house is located between Sineu, Sant Joan and Lloret de Vistalegre. It is situated on a big plot of land, surrounded by almonds, olive trees and other Mediterranean trees. The beautifully laid out and very special pool is surrounded by palm trees and makes this property so unique and family friendly. From the big terrace you have a beautiful view across the countryside and till the mountains. In the main building you find a fully fitted kitchen with an American style bat, a spacious living and dining area with high ceilings, as well as 3 generous bedrooms, all with a bathroom en suite and access to the terrace. On the ground floor, the house has a separate guest apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, as well as a living room which has a sofa bed available. This country house is about 40 minutes’ drive away from the airport and the nearest towns are just a few minutes away. If so desired, this property can also be booked for events. The house is, furthermore, ideal for rentals in winter because it is equipped with under floor heating.
