Description

This cosy little stone house is located in the very peaceful countryside on the outskirts of Arta. The house is situated on a natural plot, is surrounded by ancient olive forests and has beautiful views across the surrounding countryside. The house has a living area of 130m² and offers two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully fitted, open and American style kitchen as well as a living and dining area with access to the outdoor area. In the living room you can find a sofa bed and a fireplace. The house’s outdoor area impresses through several terraces, one of which is covered and furnished, as well as through the pool area with sun beds and a barbecue area. The house is built on a single level, making it very family friendly and also wheelchair accessible. In approximately 10 minutes in car both the beautiful beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere and Son Serra de Marina as well as the towns of Arta and Can Picafort can be reached.
