Description

This holiday house is located on a hill by the town of Son Carrio and has a plot of land of 8.000 m² as well as offering panoramic views of the coast and of the mountains. Although located on a hill, the house is easily accessible. The holiday house has been renovated recently and offers a single floor, which has the following features: a comfortable living room with access to the outdoor area, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as 3 bedrooms – one with a bunk bed – and 1 bathroom with a shower. The house’s outdoor area offers a veranda by the entrance, a garden with a 4x8m pool and six sunbeds. Here you find sufficient privacy since the property is surrounded by woods. The city of Manacor with its shopping possibilities, restaurants and cafés is just about 14 km away and Porto Cristo is not too far either, being 6 km away from the house. Included in the price of your stay is a 3 hour boats tour on the owner's sailing ship, which is docked in Porto Cristo
