Description

This beautiful stone house offers on 3 acres breathtaking views of the Tramuntana Mountains and is surrounded by vineyards and almond trees. The house has been lovingly restored and tastefully decorated. It offers complete privacy and a beautiful garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, a fish pond, a 12x6m large swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, lawn and various shady terrace areas. From the entrance hall you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room, living and dining area. The dining room leads onto a covered terrace which is equipped with high-quality garden furniture and winter garden which can be used as extra living space. Furthermore, there is a shower room in the lower level. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace as well as two further bedrooms that share a bathroom. Additionally there is a guest apartment equipped with a double bed, kitchenette and sitting area plus a private bathroom. The building is partly air conditioned and partly equipped with ceiling fans. The villages Binissalem (5km) and Sencelles (1.5km) offer shops and restaurants. The journey time to the nearest beaches is about 30 minutes.
