Description

This beautiful holiday home is about 5 km away from Andratx in the middle of the nature and offers a fantastic view over the mountains and absolute tranquility. The house is located on an approx. 30.000sqm large hilly land with about 1.000sqm gardens and patio areas as well as a pool of 4x8m. On the ground floor you find a large living and dining area with fireplace, a typical Majorcan kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a TV lounge that could be used as a further bedroom. Furthermore, there is a guest lavatory. Upstairs there are four more spacious bedrooms each with bathroom en suite. The master bedroom is about 40sqm with private access to the large terrace with fantastic views. The outdoor terrace is partly covered and provides an old Majorcan wood oven as well as a barbecue area. For people interested in hiking the house is ideal. The last about 500 meters of the path to the house is non-paved and only suitable for sports cars.
