Description

This modernised, luxurious country house is located in a rural surrounding by the town of Son Carrio and offers an extremely modern and high grade furnishing, as well as very bright, generous rooms. On the ground floor you find a spacious living and dining area with an integrated, open kitchen that is fully fitted. The living area has big panoramic windows and access to the outdoor area. Also located on the ground floor are two double bedrooms that share one bathroom. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, one with access to a terrace, as well as another bathroom with a shower and a tub. The house’s outdoor area is well maintained and comprised of a bricked barbecue area and a garden with lawns and a pool, which has a separate little pool for children. Furthermore, there are several furnished terraces that can be covered by a sunblind. In about 10 minutes’ drive you reach Porto Cristo and the beach there and in about 15 minutes’ drive you find the town of Manacor. Some golf courses are reachable in about 20 minutes.
