The holiday house is located near Porto Colom on a large plot of land in an exclusive location and is an ideal place for a quiet and relaxed holiday. Situated on a hill, it offers a fantastic view over the east coast of Majorca. The house of 300sqm is divided into two separate residential units. On the first floor there are four very nice and spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms (two of them en suite) and a bright and spacious living-dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with access to a spacious, partially covered terrace with breathtaking views.
