Description
This traditional holiday house in the country is located idyllically near the town of Arta. The 20.000m² big plot of land is situated on a hill and has incredible views overlooking the surrounding countryside with the mountains in the distance. The house’s living area is of 220m² and offers sufficient space for up to 12 guests. Distributed over two floors, the house has six double bedrooms, three bedrooms and a guest toilette, as well as a living area with a spacious living and dining room which leads into a open and fully fitted kitchen. The house’s outdoor area is comprised of a large garden with lawn, Mediterranean vegetation and a nice swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi, as well as a covered and furnished terrace from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the countryside. In only a few minutes by car you reach the town of Arta as well as several golf courts. A couple of nearby beaches are also reached within approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car.
