Description

This generous land house is located amidst the beautiful nature and is a spot for peacefulness and relaxation. The estate of 300 years is situated on a hill and therefore offers a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside. The house is divided into 5 separate units in the following way: apartment one of ca. 35m² has a sleeping/living room, kitchenette and shower bathroom, apartment two of about 53m² has an American style kitchen and a separate bedroom, apartment three of 71m² has 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, an American style kitchen and a bathroom, apartment four of ca. 58m² has a living/sleeping room and a small kitchen and bathroom, and apartment five has 2 separate bedrooms and a roof terrace of about 50m² with breathtaking views. There is also another house, standing alone, of about 73m² which offers a spacious living and dining area, an American style kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. All apartments are furnished in a traditional, typical rural Majorcan style and offer all comforts necessary. Each apartment also has its own terrace with a sitting area. The property is located on a large, private ground and has a Mediterranean style garden with a big swimming pool and a barbecue area. The town of Son Macia is just about 1 km away and the eastern beaches can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes in car. There is also the possibility of doing sports activities in the surrounding areas of Son Macia; in Manacor you can horse ride or play tennis and there is a golf court just about 15 minutes’ drive away, too.
