Description

This lovely little holiday house is situated in a tranquil and idyllic area very near the town of Arta. From here you have spectacular views of the mountains as well as of the castle of Arta. The house’s interior is designed with good taste in a rustic style and has 100m² of living area. Here you find two double bedrooms, a bathroom and the living area with the living room to which an open and fully fitted kitchen with integrated dining area is adjoined. From the living area you have access to a furnished terrace outside, which is covered by a sunblind. Furthermore, the outdoor area offers a nice garden with lawn and a pool, as well as a spectacular view over the countryside. On the 7000m² big plot of land you can also find pine trees, olive trees and oleander. The town centre of Arta is only 2km away and the beautiful beaches of the area, such as Colonia de Sant Pere, can be reaches within 6 minutes by car. If you are interested in golfing, you have a choice of several golf courts that can all be found within a few kilometres.
