This traditional land house is located in a quiet and private area, yet it is only some 9km away from the town of Pollensa and just about 15km from the beach of Puerto Pollensa. The living area of the house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you find a comfortable, light and spacious living room with an integrated, open dining area and a connected open and fully fitted kitchen. From the living area you have direct access to the covered outside terrace. Also located on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor you find a further double bedroom, with access to a terrace, as well as a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The outdoor area of the house is comprised not only of the two terraces but offers a swimming pool surrounded by a lawn area with associated garden furniture and sun beds, as well as a barbecue and spectacular views across the surrounding landscape.
