This newly built house in a modern loft-style, is located just opposite the old town of Alcudia with views of the ancient walls and towers. The beaches of Alcudia can be reached in just five minutes by car. The living area of the house is open and modern, combining kitchen, living room and dining room with direct access to a covered terrace overlooking the garden. On the lower floor there is one of the bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Through a gallery you get to two further bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the bay of Alcudia. Outside is a well-kept garden with lawn around the large pool of 8x4m. Furthermore, there is a garage for three cars.
