This 40 hectar large land house is located absolutely undisturbed amidst the nature and is yet only a few kilometres away from the town of Alcudia. The interior of the house is furnished in a modern and minimalist style and this property therefore offers the perfect balance between a rural surrounding and a yet modern style. The property is also used as an agricultural business that produces, for example, its own olive oil or wine. The property has a swimming pool available, as well as a spacious garden with talaiotic monuments. In the house you find eight spacious and bright rooms, four of them are double rooms and four are junior suites. All rooms have an en suite bathroom, a mini bar and are equipped with satellite TV and WIFI access. Breakfast is included in any stay and dinner can also be enjoyed on reservation.
