Description

This Majorcan home was built in 1800 and recently completely renovated. It is quietly and privately located, very close to the beautiful village of Santa María del Camí. The house is divided into two floors. The lower level has an open living area with fireplace and access to the covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a guest toilet. On the upper floor is a double bedroom with private terrace and views of the mountains, and a further bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. The covered terrace with summer kitchen and outdoor barbecue and an antique wood stove is ideal for eating outdoors. Beside the pool there is a terrace for sunbathing and relaxing in the shade of various trees. The facilities and the location of the house offer pleasant stays both in summer and in winter.
