Description
This quiet country estate is located between Sant Llorenc and Artá, in the countryside with beautiful views over the hills. The beaches of S’Illot, Sa Coma, Cala Millor, Cala Morada and Cala Morella are about 15 minutes away. The house is decorated with beautiful antique furniture and is restored with a lot of special details. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, two living rooms, a separate dining room, a spacious fully fitted kitchen with a typical fireplace and a guest toilet. The living room and the kitchen have direct access to the covered terrace and to the garden. On the first floor the house consists of six bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite, double bed, air condition and TV. The 10x5m pool is surrounded by a lawn and there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue area.
