Description

This attractive land home has a total ground area of 23 000 m² and is situated between Colonia Saint Jordi and Sa Rapita, only 5km away from the popular beach of Es Trenc. The entire estate has six bedrooms available and the outside pool area which is used communally. The pool area offers a big swimming pool with sun beds, a sauna a Jacuzzi with outside showers and a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue. The main house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you find located a spacious dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with cooking island as well as a living room, a small room that has a fireplace and sleeping possibilities, a bigger bedroom and a bathroom. Moving to the upper floor there is the main bedroom with television and a bathroom en suite. There are also two holiday apartment that are made up of one floor which is divided into the following: an open and fully fitted american kitchen, a living and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Every room has television, AC and underfloor heating. Apart from the possibility of using the nice pool area the beach is reached easily on available bicycles in only seven to eight minutes.
