Description

This delightful farmhouse is set in a very tiny hamlet with just four houses and enjoys complete privacy combined with total seclusion and serene calm. The country house has been lovely restored and provides a home full of charming natural ambience. Majorcan double wooden doors open into the entrance hall, to the rear of which we find the dining area which has double doors opening out onto the rear terrace and pool area. To the left of this area we find the classical style kitchen with original stone sink, electric oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge/freezer is located in the dining area and the washing machine in the exterior utility area by the pool. On the ground floor there is a open plan and spacious living-lounge area with fireplace, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and another bathroom. On the first floor you find a second comfortable lounge area with large windows offering stunning views over to the mountains. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the rest of the sleeping accommodation: three bedrooms, one which boasts original stone seating area and access to a private terrace. There is a further seating area which is an ideal place for a spot of quiet reading. One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room. The other two share a bathroom on this level. Outsides the house offers a kidney shaped, swimming pool, surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces and a lawned area. One very special feature is the flagstone terrace with quiet seating areas shaded by ancient trees and here you can totally relax. The original garden house offers a covered dining area with BBQ and fireplace, ideal to enjoy romantic candle-lit evening meals.
