This house is ideal for two families traveling together, since it consists of two newly built semi-detached villas, that are rented together. Each cottage-half (about 170sqm) offers space for up to six people and consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open living and dining area with kitchen. The interior of the cottage is of very high quality and modern. The pool (14m), the terraces and garden are shared. The house is located in the southeast of Majorca, in the countryside between Alqueria Blanca, Santanyi, only 5 minutes drive from the bay of Cala Mondrago away.
