Description

The cottage is situated between Manacor and Calas de Majorca, on a slightly hilly terrain surrounded by almond and fig trees. The house has about 200sqm and is divided into two floors. In the lower area of the house there is a wheelchair accessible bedroom with bathroom en suite, a fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area with access to a covered terrace with barbecue area and a garden with lawns. In the upper area of the house there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to a terrace and two further bedrooms that share a bathroom. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. There is a 10x4m large pool and terraces, which are equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds. This holiday is ideal for larger groups combined with the house ref. 1319, which is located about 300m away.
