Description
This tasteful country house for 6 people is located on the way from Campos to Colonia de Sant Jordi amidst the beautiful nature. Due to its situation on a hilltop, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surroundings. The property offers absolute tranquillity and solitude, yet it is located only a few minutes? drive away from the town of Campos and the wonderful beach of Es Trenc.
With a living area of 130 m?, the finca offers a bright lounge and dining area with large window fronts and access to the covered terrace and pool area on its ground floor. Additionally, you will find a fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom on this level. The upper floor accommodates two further bedrooms, one double and one twin room, that share a shower bathroom.
Located in front of the house are the 8x5 metres pool, sun beds and parasols as well as an open-air dining area. A mobile barbecue is also available. At the rear of the house, you will find a covered terrace equipped with comfortable sofas.
The holiday house is set on a plot of land of 700.000 m?. The garden area is laid out in a Mediterranean style and the rest of the property is an olive plantation. The olive oil created here on the finca ?Son Xota de Dalt? is known throughout the island and the friendly owner will provide you with a taste sample upon booking the house. You can take lovely walks around the extensive land plot and explore the surroundings. This way you will surely encounter the owner, too, who works on the plantation daily.

From the 1st of July 2016 onwards, there will be an "Ecotasa" on the Balearic Islands. This is a new tax that all tourists visiting Mallorca are required to pay. The price of the tax will be based on your type of accommodation. For country and holiday houses on Mallorca, between the dates of 01.05.16 and 31.10.16, the price of the "Ecotasa" is 1.00 Euro (plus 10% VAT) per day. Between the dates of 01.11.16 and 30.04.17, the price is 0.50 Euros (plus 10% VAT) per day. If you stay on Mallorca for nine days or more, the price of the "Ecotasa" will remain at 0.50 Euros (plus 10% VAT) from the 9th day onwards. This tax must only be paid by adults, tourists above 16 years. This tax will need to be paid to the house owner, who will inform you about this during the check-in.
